These terms govern your use of the Buy Insurance Leads platform and any leads delivered under a supply agreement. This page is a plain-language summary maintained by Buy Insurance Leads; a full legal version is provided as part of your supply agreement.
- You must use leads only for the products and channels agreed in writing.
- Leads must be contacted in line with the Spam Act 2003 and Do Not Call Register Act 2006.
- Replacement and credit rules follow our published quality SLAs.
- Buy Insurance Leads retains ownership of platform IP and reporting outputs.
- Either party may terminate with written notice under the agreement.
- Disputes are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
